Lifetime Hole Sponsor ($800) – sold out
GAS Disc Golf is currently working to get an 18-hole disc golf course installed at Mary Jane Thurston State Park in Grand Rapids, Ohio. This is only possible through the generous sponsors that support our non-profit organization and our mission to promote disc golf with a community focus. We want to thank our sponsors and their support, so we have listed our lifetime hole sponsors on this page who will each have their branding permanently fixed to their respective hole’s tee sign via UV resistant sublimated aluminum. Each course sponsor will also have their branding on sublimated aluminum that is attached to the course sign by the start of the course. Along with a permanent tee sign, getting your branding posted below, and having a spot on the course sign, each sponsor will receive a tax receipt for their donation and recognition on our socials.
Lifetime Course Sponsor ($500)
The community support for this project has been nothing short of amazing, and because of this, we have quickly run out of holes to sponsor. However, we do not want to exclude any individuals/organizations that have a desire to support the community with this disc golf course. GAS Disc Golf is now looking for individuals/organizations that would like to become lifetime course sponsors. Lifetime course sponsors will have their branding on UV resistant signage within the course kiosk next to the course map (planned layout in next section). Each course sponsor will also get a custom engraved brick that is placed in the ground where the practice basket is located as will be used as part of a game.
What Your Lifetime Sponsorship Covers
Hole Sponsorship
By becoming a lifetime sponsor, your generous donation to the Club will cover the entire cost of the hole you sponsor effectively making it your hole. This includes a professional grade disc golf basket, a high quality tee pad, and a high quality tee sign with 72 square inches available (12″ x 6″) for your branding to be seen over the lifetime of the tee sign!
We want you to feel ownership in the hole(s) you sponsor and would love to find ways to continuously improve your hole and make it the best it can be. GAS Disc Golf wants to be a supportive and appreciative partner. Feel free to let us know what you want to see with your hole(s)!
Our expectation is that over 15,000 rounds will be played each year at Mary Jane Thurston State Park based on studies conducted by UDisc and local course statistics provided by UDisc. This means your branding will experience 15,000 customer interactions each year from disc golfers in addition to campers and parkgoers at Mary Jane Thurston State Park not playing disc golf.
Course Sponsorship
By becoming a course sponsor, your generous donation will cover various costs and upgrades to the disc golf course. Your sponsorship includes branding in one of the panels by on the course map kiosk. Your sponsorship will also include a custom engraved brick that will be placed in the ground around the practice basket to be used as part of a putting game. All damages or repairs needed will be covered by GAS Disc Golf.
